By using caseori.com or purchasing from Caseori, you agree to these terms and our store policies. This store is hosted by Shopify.

Use of the store

You must be legally able to enter a contract or have guardian permission. You may not use the site unlawfully, interfere with security, transmit malicious code, or violate another party's rights.

Products and orders

We strive for accurate descriptions, compatibility, colors, and pricing, but may correct errors or cancel affected orders. Caseori is an app-connected smart photo-display phone case, not a custom-printed product. Customers must choose the correct device model and color.

We may limit quantities, request verification, or refuse orders involving suspected fraud or unauthorized activity. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Third parties and intellectual property

Shopify, payment providers, carriers, app services, and linked websites may have separate terms. Caseori branding and original site content may not be commercially copied without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, services are provided as available and we are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
