Return & Refund Policy

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and accessories. Proof of purchase is required.

Start a return

Email alexwong980220@gmail.com with your order number and reason before sending anything back. We will provide approval, instructions, and the correct return address. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items

Inspect your order on arrival. Contact us within 7 days with photos or video if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return costs

Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. If we confirm our error or a defect, we will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return shipping where required.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Bank processing time varies. Original shipping is non-refundable except where required by law or where the return resulted from our error.

Items damaged by misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear are not returnable. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
